• Proudly serving Founders Village in Castle Rock since the Spring of 2021! (New, but experienced!) Because I am a solo operator, I am currently ONLY working in the Founders Village area of Castle Rock in order to provide you with the best service possible.

• I ONLY offer a weekly mowing service at a rate of $35 per week. My service runs from early May to late October, but you can sign up anytime. I can NOT efficiently offer bi-weekly services or one-time mows.

• My weekly service includes precision mowing, trimming, and edging. I offer limited additional services (see Details) and am happy to refer you to other local; trusted businesses if I cannot help you personally.

• I use small (21") mowers exclusively as they cut with precision and without damaging your lawn. Larger mowers can tend to create ruts and damage surrounding property.

• Good Samaritan offer: If you have a next door neighbor that, due to physical limitations, cannot mow his or her own lawn, and you are in a position to help them financially, I will partner with you to manage their lawn care at the same time I do yours at a reduced rate of $52.50 per week for both lawns. (Effectively, one lawn is half off!)

• I am a retired Colorado native and a Gulf War veteran. My family and I have lived in Castle Rock for over 20 years. I appreciate your business and understand that you wouldn't trust your lawn to just anyone. Thank you for choosing me!
